Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate in Mount Sterling, Kentucky. You will greet customers, help them find products, answer questions, and ensure a friendly shopping experience while supporting store operations.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer to input, access, modify, or output information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock merchandise by identifying empty spaces on shelves and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise on time.
• Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service.
• Prepare merchandise in your department (e.g., tint/mix paint, cut and thread pipe, cut wood, drywall, blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
