Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic
• Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly and professional customer service
• Assist customers with locating merchandise
• Stock replenishment and shelf organization
• Process orders and deliveries accurately
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve customer service
• Prepare department merchandise per customer needs (e.g., paint tint, pipe, wood, drywall, blinds)
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Perform other duties as assigned
