Job summary

Lowe's is hiring a Customer Service Associate in Kentucky to welcome customers, help locate products, answer questions, and provide friendly service for home improvement needs. Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer for inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction).
• Ability to stand, sit, and perform duties for extended periods.
• Lift up to 25 lbs unassisted or with accommodation.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock merchandise by identifying empty shelf spaces and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise on time.
• Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store to deliver the best customer service.
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., tint/mix paint, cut/thread pipe, cut/bundle wood, cut drywall, cut blinds).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
