Job summary

At Lowe's, a Customer Service Associate helps customers find products and solve home improvement challenges, greeting shoppers and guiding them through the store. You will engage with customers throughout the day, answer questions, and assist with locating merchandise while maintaining a friendly, helpful attitude.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer.
• 6 months experience with retail tech (phones/tablets).
• Basic reading, writing and arithmetic.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Able to lift 25 lbs unassisted.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's and provide friendly service.
• Assist customers with locating merchandise.
• Stock merchandise on shelves and replenish as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other areas of the store to help deliver great service.
• Prepare department merchandise based on customer needs (e.g., tint/paint, pipe, wood, drywall).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
