Lowe’s is seeking a Customer Service Associate to help customers find products and solutions for home improvement. You will engage with customers throughout the day, answer questions, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

The role supports multiple departments and involves stocking, processing orders, and providing timely service. Ideal candidates bring basic computer and smartphone skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Experience using a computer for basic tasks (input/data access).
• Experience with common retail technology such as smartphones or tablets.
• Ability to perform basic arithmetic and keep accurate records.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs unassisted or with accommodation.
• Minimum relevant retail or customer service exposure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional service.
• Assist customers in locating and handling merchandise.
• Restock shelves and replenish supplies as needed.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately to ensure on-time receipt.
• Cross-train in other store areas to support service excellence.
• Prepare department merchandise to meet customer needs (e.g., paint, pipe, wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
