Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Customer Service Associate to greet customers, help them find products, and provide friendly, helpful service across departments. You may assist with loading merchandise and handling orders while delivering a positive shopping experience.

The role involves varied duties by department, from Appliances to Pro Services, and requires strong communication, basic math, and basic computer use. This is a part-time, on-site position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 6 Months Experience using a computer
• 6 Months Experience using common retail technology
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic
• Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise
• Down stock merchandise by looking for empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time
• Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout
• Complete other duties as assigned
