Job summary

Lowe’s is seeking a Customer Service Associate to welcome customers and help them find the right products for their home improvement projects. You will interact with customers throughout the day, assist in locating merchandise, and ensure customer needs are met with friendly service.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience using a computer for inputting, accessing, or outputting information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Ability to stand or sit for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs unaided.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and deliver friendly, professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Stock replenishment and shelf maintenance.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately.
• Cross-train in other store areas to improve service.
