Lowe’s is hiring a part-time Customer Service Associate to help customers with home improvement needs, locate products, and ensure a smooth shopping experience. You will engage with customers, answer questions, and keep aisles organized while supporting various store departments as needed.

The role emphasizes friendly service, basic math and computer use, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs. Training across departments may occur.

Qualifikationen

• 6 months experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, or outputting information.
• 6 months experience using common retail technology, such as smartphones and tablets.
• Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic.
• Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties.
• Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation.

Aufgaben

• Welcome customers to Lowe's, answer questions, and deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Assist customers with locating and handling merchandise.
• Down stock merchandise by looking for empty areas on shelves and replenishing supplies.
• Process orders and deliveries accurately so customers receive merchandise as expected and on time.
• Cross-functionally train in other areas of the store to help deliver the best customer service.
• Prepare merchandise in your department based on customer needs (e.g., tint and mix paint, cut and thread pipe, cut and bundle wood).
• Guide customers through shopping or checkout.
• Complete other duties as assigned.
