Job summary

Statewide Windows & Doors is seeking a Canvassing Director to lead our door-to-door canvassing team. Prior canvassing management experience is required. You will hire, onboard, train, and coach canvassers, set performance goals, and manage schedules and territories.

In this high-visibility role, you’ll drive results in the field with a focus on KPIs, performance reporting, and regional growth. A scalable leadership style and reliable transportation are essential.
