Job summary

Statewide Windows & Doors in Fort Myers, FL is seeking a Home Improvement Canvassing Manager to lead our door-to-door canvassing team. You will hire, train, and coach canvassers, set daily/weekly goals, and drive performance across your region.

This role requires proven canvassing management experience, strong leadership, and the ability to work in the field with reliable transportation. You will report on KPIs and shape the growth of your territory while enjoying autonomy and competitive

Compensation & Perks

• $150,000–$250,000+/year (Base Salary + Commission + Overrides)
