Job summary

Statewide Windows & Doors is seeking a Home Improvement Canvass Supervisor to lead our door-to-door canvassing team. Prior canvassing management experience is required. You will hire, train, and coach canvassers, set daily/weekly goals, manage schedules, and track KPIs.

A company vehicle and gas allowance support field leadership, with compensation in the $150k–$250k+ range. This role requires strong leadership, reliable transportation, and the ability to work in the field as you build and run
