Job summary

Statewide Windows & Doors is seeking a Canvassing Director to lead our door-to-door canvassing team across assigned regions. You will develop strategies, hire and onboard canvassers, and drive performance in the field.

The role requires proven canvassing management experience, strong leadership, and the ability to coach reps on scripts and objection handling. A company vehicle and gas allowance are provided to support regional autonomy.
