Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join our team.

You’ll be the first point of contact for patients and referral sources, ensuring accurate intake and coordination of durable medical equipment.

Qualifications

• Background check (company-wide) is required and conducted individually.
• Drug screen where applicable for the position.
• Compliance with healthcare facility credentialing process when applicable.
• Valid driver’s license in state of residence with a clean driving record when applicable.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for patients and referral sources.
• Verify insurance coverage and assist with intake for durable medical equipment.
• Coordinate service setup and documentation for respiratory products and equipment.
• Maintain organized records and logs in compliance with standards.
• Communicate with patients and teams to ensure timely service and inquiries.
• Assist with office operations including supply monitoring and batch reporting.
• May cover on-call, drive a company vehicle, or make home deliveries as needed.
