You will be the first point of contact for patients and referral sources, handling intake, insurance qualification, and coordination of durable medical equipment and respiratory services. Qualifications

• Background check conducted; individualized assessment per duties and rehabilitation evidence.
• Drug screen when applicable for the position.
• Compliance with healthcare credentialing process where applicable.
• Valid driver’s license in state of residence with clean driving record when applicable.
• Education/experience combination allowed to qualify for the role.

Responsibilities

• Assist with office operations including supply monitoring, deposits, and batch reporting.
• Coordinate patient intake and verify insurance coverage (Medicare, Medicaid, private payers).
• Communicate with patients, caregivers, referral sources, and internal teams to ensure timely service.
• Prepare and process CMNs, SOPs, invoices, and delivery paperwork.
• Provide technical assistance and support for walk-in and retail equipment requests.
• May cover on-call rotations and occasional home deliveries as needed.
• Maintain organized records and referral logs in compliance with standards.
