Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking a detail‑oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for patients and referral sources, handling intake, insurance qualification, and coordination of durable medical equipment and respiratory services.

The role emphasizes accuracy, empathy, and teamwork in a fast‑paced home healthcare environment. A high school diploma is required, with preferred experience in medical billing or patient intake.

Qualificações

• Excellent communication with patients, caregivers and referral sources.
• Able to multitask and manage documentation accurately.
• Knowledge of insurance verification and medical terminology is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first point of contact for patients and referral sources.
• Verify insurance coverage (Medicare, Medicaid, private payers).
• Coordinate documentation and service setup for respiratory products and medical equipment.
• Maintain organized records and referral logs in compliance with standards.
• May cover on-call and occasional home deliveries.
• Prepare and process CMNs, SOPs, invoices, and delivery paperwork.
