Rotech Healthcare Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to handle home healthcare intake and insurance verification.

You will be the first contact for patients and referral sources, ensuring accurate intake, verifying coverage, and coordinating durable medical equipment and respiratory services. Ideal candidates have experience in home healthcare or medical billing, with strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• Background check and drug screen may be required.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (when applicable).
• Experience in home healthcare, medical billing, or patient intake preferred.
• Familiarity with insurance verification and reimbursement practices.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and durable medical equipment is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Be the first point of contact for patients and referral sources.
• Verify insurance coverage and manage intake for durable medical equipment.
• Coordinate documentation for respiratory products and services.
• Communicate with patients, caregivers, and internal teams to resolve inquiries.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely service delivery.
• Assist with office operations and batch reporting.
