You will be the first contact for patients and referral sources, ensuring accurate intake and insurance qualification, and coordinating durable medical equipment and respiratory services. Qualificações

• Experience in home healthcare, medical billing, or patient intake is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with office operations including supply monitoring, deposits, and batch reporting.
• Coordinate documentation and service setup for respiratory products and medical equipment.
• Verify insurance coverage (Medicare, Medicaid, private payers).
• Interact with patients, caregivers, referral sources, and internal teams to ensure timely service.
• Maintain organized records and referral logs in compliance with standards.
• Cover on-call shifts, drive company vehicle, and make home deliveries as needed.
