You will be the first contact for patients and referrals, handling intake, insurance qualification, and coordination of durable medical equipment and respiratory services. Ideal candidates have experience in home healthcare, medical billing, or insurance verification and thrive in a fast-paced, patient-centered setting.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for patients and referral sources.
• Verify insurance coverage (Medicare, Medicaid, private payers).
• Coordinate documentation and service setup for respiratory products and equipment.
• Assist with office operations including supply monitoring, deposits, and batch reporting.
• Provide technical assistance for walk-in and retail equipment requests.
