Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in certified home health care.
• Three years’ experience in physical/occupational/speech therapy.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Continually monitor therapy services provided to patients.
• Assist with patient care management and problem solving.
• Review and approve new interim orders before they are sent to physicians.
