Job summary

Infinity Hospice Care LLC is seeking a Team Assistant to provide clerical support to the Clinical Manager and coordinate day-to-day team operations. You will assist with patient visit scheduling, MD orders management, and maintain accurate patient information flows across the EMR system.

Responsibilities include monitoring reports, distributing communications, updating tracking systems, and supporting weekend scheduling and on-call coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred with computer processing experience.
• Above average word processing and data entry skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and strong communication abilities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of information.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support to the Clinical Manager and manage day-to-day team operations via EMR reports.
• Assist with scheduling, MD orders management, and flow of patient information.
• Maintain tracking systems and relay messages to staff.
• Support weekend scheduling, on-call coverage, and quality management activities.
• Promote responsive, knowledgeable customer service and teamwork.
