Life Care Home Health Family is hiring a Team Assistant to provide clerical support to the Clinical Manager and Home Health team. You will help manage day-to-day workflows, scheduling, MD orders, and patient information flow to ensure smooth operations.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, strong data entry and word processing skills, knowledge of medical terminology, and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Above average word processing/data entry skills preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology is expected.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities are essential.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support to the Clinical Manager and team operations.
• Assist with scheduling, MD orders management, and patient information flow.
• Maintain tracking systems with accurate, up-to-date data.
• Triage and relay messages for team field staff and coordinate visits.
