Job summary

Infinity Hospice Care LLC is seeking a Team Assistant to provide clerical support to the Clinical Manager and streamline day-to-day team operations using EMR reports. You will help with scheduling, MD orders management, and ensure timely, accurate flow of patient information.

Responsibilities include maintaining tracking systems, triaging messages, supporting pre-bill audits, and assisting with weekend scheduling and on-call coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma; experience in computer processing preferred.
• Above average word processing and data entry skills.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to be flexible and work with others.
• Ability to maintain confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support to the Clinical Manager and manage day-to-day team operations using EMR reports.
