Qualifications

• Must have strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with scheduling systems and caregiver coordination.
• Criminal background check required.
• Healthcare setting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain caregiver schedules to meet client needs.
• Match caregivers to client needs, preferences, and continuity of care.
• Handle weekend scheduling, calls, and staffing changes.
• Monitor Alive5 messages for scheduling needs.
• Participate in rotating on-call support as needed.
• Review clock-ins/outs for visit accuracy and follow-up on discrepancies.
• Review billing and payroll reports weekly for scheduling accuracy.
