Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage scheduling workflows for home care patients.
• Optimize access to clinical services through effective scheduling.
• Schedule visits for clinicians and patients in collaboration with supervisor.
• Identify issues with availability and access and report them promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of VHCS policies and procedures.
