Job summary

PruittHealth at Home is seeking a Scheduler to ensure timely treatment scheduling after referral, coordinating with Care Management and other teams to maintain visit productivity.

You will generate accurate schedules, handle changes, and maintain confidentiality while using HomeCare HomeBase to document visits and staffing availability. Some weekend/holiday shifts may be required.

High school diploma required; on-the-job training provided; strong computer and interpersonal skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling or medical office operations preferred.
• Proficient with scheduling software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and patient/customer service skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information following PHI rules.

Responsibilities

• Create accurate schedules for patients from referral through admission and discharge.
• Coordinate with BOM and care teams to maintain visit productivity.
• Adapt schedules quickly for changes and unplanned events.
• Maintain daily staffing availability and complete related documentation.
