Inspired HomeCare in Naperville, IL is seeking a dynamic Home Health Sales Representative to expand our patient referral network and drive census growth. You will serve as the primary face of the agency, building trusted relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, and community partners to ensure high-quality, seamless patient transitions.

You will identify opportunities, execute strategic sales plans, and work closely with internal clinical teams to meet or exceed monthly

Inspired Homecare is seeking a dynamic, results-driven Home Health Sales Representative to expand our patient referral network and drive census growth. In this role, you will serve as the primary face of our agency building and maintain trusted relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, physicians, and community organizations. The ideal candidate is an empathetic communicator and strategic closer who understands the value of high-quality home health care.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Referral Growth: Identify and secure consistent patient referrals from hospitals, rehabilitations facilities, physician offices, assisted living facilities, and managed care organizations


• Relationship Management: Establish and nurture long-term partnership with discharge planners, case managers, social workers, and physicians to ensure our agency is their preferred home health provider


• Market Strategy: Execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly admission goals within your assigned territory


• Community Outreach: Represent the company at community events, health fairs, and networking functions to increase local brand awareness


• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal clinical directors and intake teams to ensure smooth patient transitions from the hospital or clinic to home


• CRM Tracking: Document all slates activities, pipeline updates, and account details daily using our CRM software
  

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in healthcare sales, healthcare marketing, or pharmaceutical sales (direct home health experience is highly preferred


• Travel: Reliable personal transportation with a valid driver's license (daily territory travel is required)


• Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, presentation and negation skills, with the ability to build rapport with medical professionals and families
  

Compensation And Benefits

• Base Salary: $65,000-80,000 ( dependent on experience


• Incentive Structure: performance-based commission structure
