Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health for a contract assignment in Springdale, Arkansas. This role focuses on providing skilled nursing care in patients’ homes, completing OASIS assessments, and coordinating care throughout Washington and Benton Counties.

Responsibilities include providing skilled nursing care, performing OASIS assessments, monitoring patient conditions, developing care plans, and documenting visits while traveling

Qualifications

• Active RN license required.
• Home health nursing experience preferred.
• Experience with OASIS assessments and Homecare Homebase (HCHB).

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – Home Health for a contract assignment in Springdale, Arkansas. This role focuses on providing skilled nursing care in patients’ homes, completing OASIS assessments, and coordinating care throughout Washington and Benton Counties.

Job Details

• Location: Springdale, AR

• Contract: November 2026 – March 2027

• Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day / 40 hours per week

• On-Call: 1 day per week and 1 weekend per month

• Coverage Area: Washington and Benton Counties

• Mileage: Reimbursed between patient visits

• Scrub Color: Royal Blue

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes.
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments, including OASIS assessments.
• Monitor patient conditions and identify changes requiring intervention.
• Develop and coordinate individualized plans of care.
• Document patient visits, assessments, and care provided accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to support positive patient outcomes.
• Travel between patient homes throughout the assigned coverage area.
• Participate in required on-call and weekend coverage.

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Home health nursing experience.
• Experience with Homecare Homebase (HCHB).
• Experience completing OASIS assessments.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to travel throughout Washington and Benton Counties.

Pay Details: $53.00 to $55.90 per hour
