Job summary

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences in Denver seeks a Travel RN to support home health patients across the Denver Metro Area. This role requires an experienced Home Health RN with OASIS experience who can work independently in the field.

Responsibilities include start-of-care OASIS assessments, wound care, medication management, patient education, and coordinating care with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.

• Provide wound care and monitor healing progress.
• Manage medications and educate patients and caregivers on proper medication use.
• Perform and manage catheter care.
• Collect labs and coordinate results with the appropriate healthcare providers.
• Provide patient and family education related to disease management, medications, safety, and care plans.
• Serve as the RN case manager and coordinate care with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team.
• Respond to patient needs during assigned on-call rotations.

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring a Travel RN to support home health patients throughout the Denver Metro Area.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Home Health RN with OASIS experience who is comfortable working independently in the field.

Position Highlights

• Position: Travel RN — Home Health
• Location: Denver, CO
• Pay: $53 to $55.90/hr / Reimbursed between patient visits
• Assignment: Three month contract, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, Rotating on-call and weekend coverage required
• Coverage Area: Denver Metro Area

Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Previous Home Health RN experience
• OASIS experience required
• Strong assessment, documentation, and patient education skills
• Comfortable traveling throughout the Denver Metro Area
• Ability to work independently and manage a home health caseload
• Willingness to participate in rotating on-call/weekend coverage

Pay Details

Pay Details: $53.00 to $59.00 per hour
