Job summary

Adecco Healthcare and Life Sciences is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse for an on-site role in Kissimmee, FL. This is a two-month contract with pay ranging from $51.00 to $55.75 per hour based on experience.

Schedule is 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with on-call requirements. Primary responsibilities include directing and coordinating care, performing OASIS assessments, and ensuring compliant documentation.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Florida RN license.
• Experience in home health care.
• CPR certification required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• HCHB experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clinical competence, initiates, develops, implements, and revises the plan of care with the physician and health care team.
• Directly and/or indirectly supervises care by licensed staff, provides instruction, and assigns tasks per regulations.
• Provides supervisory visits and high-quality clinical services within infection control standards and plan of care.
• Completes comprehensive assessments (OASIS) including medication reconciliation.
• Documents patient visits per policy and payer requirements; ensures timely synchronization.
• Makes initial/comprehensive nursing evaluation visits, confirms eligibility and medical necessity, and submits accurate documentation.

Adecco Healthcare and Life Sciences is currently recruiting for a Home Health Registered Nurse in Kissimmee, FL. This is an on-site opportunity.

Pay: $51.00 – $55.75 per hour based on experience

Type: Two-month contract

Schedule: 8:00AM — 5:00PM (Monday — Friday) with on call requirements

Coverage Areas: FKH coverage area

Primary Responsibilities

• Clinical competence, Initiates, develops, implements, and makes necessary revisions to the plan of care in collaboration with the physician and other health care professionals involved in care.
• Directly and/or indirectly supervises care provided by the licensed practical vocational nurses, provides instruction as appropriate, and assigns tasks according to State and federal regulations.
• Also provides required supervisory visits Provides high quality clinical services within the scope of practice and within infection control standards, in accordance with the plan of care, and in coordination with other members of the health care team.
• Accurately and timely completes the comprehensive assessments (OASIS) including medication reconciliation.
• Accurately and thoroughly documents patient visits per policy, and payer requirements and syncs timely per policy.
• Makes the initial and/or comprehensive nursing evaluation visit, ensures patients meet home health eligibility and medical necessity guidelines as defined by payer source, accurately determines primary focus of care, develops the plan of care within State specific guidelines with the physician, and submits accurate documentation.

Pay Details

$20.00 to $24.00 per hour
