Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences in Lexington, KY seeks an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Travel Home Health contract covering Fayette and surrounding counties. The role focuses on delivering skilled nursing care in patients' homes and coordinating with physicians and families.

The schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, with rotating on-call weekends. Requirements include a Kentucky RN license, BLS/CPR, and willingness to travel within the service area.

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate skilled nursing care to patients in their homes as prescribed by physicians.

• Coordinate care with physicians, agency staff, patients, families, and community resources.
• Communicate changes in patient conditions to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
• Promote continuity of care through timely communication and coordination.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation in the point-of-care system.
• Follow applicable laws, regulations, and agency policies.
• Meet weekly productivity expectations of 30 points.
• Participate in the rotating on-call and weekend schedule.

This is an excellent opportunity to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes while coordinating care with physicians, families, and other healthcare professionals.

Job Details

• Location: Lexington, KY 40503
• Coverage Area: Fayette, Jessamine, Garrard, Madison, Powell, Montgomery, and Clark Counties
• Contract: November 2026 — March 2027
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
• Pay Rate: $53 to $ 55.90/hr
• On-Call/Weekend: Rotating coverage with other nurses, averaging one weekend per month and one weekday, depending on staffing needs

Responsibilities

Pay Details:

$53.00 to $55.90 per hour
