Job summary

Job Juncture is seeking a Clinical Manager to oversee all patient care services and personnel. The role coordinates patient care, supervises staff, and ensures safe, effective delivery.

It also leads CHAP readiness, drives QAPI initiatives, and monitors patient satisfaction and complaint resolutions. Responsibilities include managing operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, providing backup leadership, coordinating care plans, and maintaining survey readiness and analytics across SHP

Qualifications

• Graduate from an approved school of professional nursing.
• Licensed to practice as a registered nurse in the operating state.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities
