Job summary

Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic is seeking a Home Health Educator RN to lead education across our Maryland home care teams. You will assess needs, develop curricula, implement training, and continually evaluate outcomes to ensure regulatory compliance.

The role partners with home care managers to onboard staff and advance professional development. The Educator serves as the informatics liaison, training on Epic, LMS and related systems, and coordinates with academic partners to arrange student

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Nursing education program; bachelor’s in nursing preferred.
• Certification in OASIS within one year (Home Care only).
• Ten years of nursing practice, including five in Home Care preferred.
• CPR Instructor Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, develop, implement and evaluate education for home care.
• Collaborate with home care managers to orient and develop staff.
• Coordinate student learning activities with schools and colleges.
• Serve as informatics liaison and train on Epic, LMS and other tech.
