Job summary

Trinity Health Mid-Atlantic seeks a Home Care Educator to lead education initiatives for home care teams. You will assess and develop education programs, implement curricula, and continually evaluate outcomes to ensure regulatory compliance and quality care.

You will collaborate with home care managers to orient and develop staff, coordinate student learning with partner schools, and act as a liaison for informatics, including Epic EHR and learning management systems, to support clinical

Qualifications

• Graduate of an approved Nursing education program; bachelor’s in nursing preferred.
• Certification in OASIS within one year (Home Care only).
• Ten years of nursing practice, including five in Home Care preferred.
• Preferred CPR Instructor Certification.
• Proficient in Microsoft applications for creating instructional documents and materials.
• Clear oral & written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, develop, implement and evaluate education for home care while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with home care managers to orient, develop and integrate staff.
• Coordinate with schools and universities for student learning activities and internships.
• Serve as informatics liaison and provide education on EHR, LMS and related tech.
