Job summary

Amergis is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to provide skilled nursing care in patients’ homes or residential settings in Warwick, RI. The role requires following physician-ordered care plans and documenting care provided, with travel to patient locations as needed.

The ideal candidate holds an active RN license in Rhode Island, CPR certification if applicable, and has at least 1 year of home health experience.

Qualifications

• Current RN license valid in the state of practice.
• One year of home health nursing experience preferred.
• CPR certification if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide and document skilled one-on-one nursing care per physician orders.
• Deliver care primarily in patients' homes or residential settings and accompany patients as needed.
• Ensure adherence to the patient care plan and professional standards.

Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)

Setting: Healthcare Facilities

Job Type: Contract - Full Time

Pay: $48 / Hour

Hours: 40.00

Location: Warwick, RI

The Home Health Registered Nurse is responsible forproviding and documenting skilled one-on-one nursing care in accordance withthe physician-ordered individualized patient care plan. This care is provided mostly in the patient’shome or a residential setting but can transfer outside the home duringappointments and other activities the nurse may accompany the patient to.

Minimum Requirements

• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state inwhich the RN will practice
• One year of home health nursing experience preferred
• Complies with all relevant professional standards ofpractice
• Current CPR if applicable
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
• Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
• Must be at least 18 years of age
