Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) in Mobile, AL for a contract - full time position. The RN will provide and document skilled one-on-one nursing care in accordance with the physician-ordered care plan, primarily in the patient’s home or a residential setting, with possible transfers during appointments.

Minimum requirements include an active RN license in the practicing state, CPR if applicable, TB screening, health certificate, and meeting all applicable

• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state in which the RN will practice.
• One year of home health nursing experience preferred.
• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice.
• Current CPR if applicable.
• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.
• Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation).
• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

The Home Health Registered Nurse is responsible forproviding and documenting skilled one-on-one nursing care in accordance withthe physician-ordered individualized patient care plan. This care is provided mostly in the patient’shome or a residential setting but can transfer outside the home duringappointments and other activities the nurse may accompany the patient to.

Minimum Requirements:
