Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for travel assignments in Holland, OH. You will provide and document skilled one-on-one nursing care per the physician's care plan, primarily in the patient's home or residential setting, and accompany the patient as needed.

The role requires an active RN license in the practice state, CPR if applicable, and adherence to medical standards. Travel RN positions offer weekly pay, 40-hour weeks, and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• TB questionnaire / PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.

Location: Holland, OH

The Home Health Registered Nurse is responsible forproviding and documenting skilled one-on-one nursing care in accordance withthe physician-ordered individualized patient care plan. This care is provided mostly in the patient’shome or a residential setting but can transfer outside the home duringappointments and other activities the nurse may accompany the patient to.

Minimum Requirements:

• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state in which the RN will practice

• One year of home health nursing experience preferred

• Complies with all relevant professional standards ofpractice

• Current CPR if applicable

• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

• Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)

• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
