Job summary

Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) for a contract - full time role in Needham, MA. The position provides skilled one-on-one nursing in patients' homes, with occasional transfers outside the home for appointments and related activities.

TheRN must be licensed in the practice state; home health experience is preferred. CPR may be required, and all health and regulatory standards must be met. Competitive pay and benefits are offered.

• Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice.

• TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable.

• Must meet all federal, state and local requirements.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

The Home Health Registered Nurse is responsible forproviding and documenting skilled one-on-one nursing care in accordance withthe physician-ordered individualized patient care plan. This care is provided mostly in the patient’shome or a residential setting but can transfer outside the home duringappointments and other activities the nurse may accompany the patient to.

Minimum Requirements:

• Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse in the state inwhich the RN will practice


• One year of home health nursing experience preferred
