Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's or higher in healthcare admin, marketing, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Advanced degree in nursing, therapy, or social work is highly preferred.
• Minimum two years of healthcare business development, community relations, marketing, or sales experience.
• Familiarity with federal, state, and local Medicare home health and hospice regulations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager between Enhabit and referral sources (physicians, hospitals, health systems, senior living communities, and other providers).
• Support referral growth by educating stakeholders about Enhabit services and program requirements to improve post-acute care transitions and patient outcomes.
• Collaborate to ensure high satisfaction of patients and referral sources, and help navigate care transitions while maintaining compliance.
