Job summary

Addus HomeCare in Chicago, IL is seeking a Home Health Account Executive to build and strengthen referral relationships for our home health and hospice services. The role emphasizes growing our referral network and connecting patients with needed care. Location: assigned market (60613 City & North Lakeshore Suburbs).

Salary: $90,000–$100,000 annually plus performance-based commissions. Benefits include comprehensive medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and generous time off.

Qualifications

• Two years of home care sales or related community education experience.
• Experience in managing business prospecting software and identifying opportunities for account target selection and volume growth.
• Ability to manage coordination of multiple lines of business.
• Demonstrated ability to drive client census growth and develop business and professional relationships.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance is required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and strengthen referral relationships for home health and hospice services.
• Promote services across hospitals and outpatient providers.
• Drive home health business growth by expanding referral networks.
• Build relationships with discharge planners, SNFs, senior living facilities, physicians and business professionals.
• Coordinate with local leadership to identify business development opportunities.
