Addus Home Health is seeking a sales hunter to grow our home health and hospice referrals. As an Account Executive in the Chicago market, you will promote services and develop relationships with hospitals, clinics, and other referral sources.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Two years of home care sales or community education preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple prospects and coordinate activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and promote home health services to build referrals.
• Grow census by strengthening relationships with hospitals and outpatient providers.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify business development opportunities.
• Meet and exceed monthly referral and admission goals.
