Job summary

Varco Home Health & Hospice in Irving, TX is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to partner with our HR team to identify staffing needs, connect with candidates, and support the hiring process.

No prior recruiting or HR experience is required, and success comes from a friendly personality, strong communication, and a willingness to learn. The role uses an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage applicants and coordinate interviews.
