Job summary

Varco Home Health & Hospice is seeking a Staffing Coordinator to join our Houston office. The role involves working with the HR team to identify staffing needs, connect with candidates, and support the hiring process. No recruiting experience is required.

You will identify staffing needs, make calls to candidates, review applications, manage ATS records, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications
