Job summary

Varco Home Health & Hospice in Houston is seeking a friendly Staffing Coordinator to join our HR team. No prior recruiting experience is required; you will identify staffing needs, reach out to candidates, and support the hiring process.

You will work closely with management, use our ATS, schedule interviews, maintain candidate records, and grow with hands-on training in a supportive team environment offering full benefits.
