Job summary

Varco Home Health & Hospice in Houston is seeking an Entry-Level Recruiter to join our friendly HR team. This role focuses on identifying staffing needs, connecting with potential candidates, and supporting the hiring process.

No recruiting experience required; we value a great personality, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn. You will use an ATS to manage applicants, schedule interviews, and maintain candidate records in a collaborative team environment.
