Job summary

PARS Therapy is seeking a compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support patients in Garland, TX, helping restore mobility and independence through personalized home-based care.

Under supervision of a licensed PT, you will deliver evidence-based treatments, develop individualized plans, and educate patients to optimize recovery while coordinating with a multidisciplinary care team.

Qualifications

• Active PTA license in Texas is required.
• Current CPR certification.
• Professional liability insurance required.
• Home health or rehab setting experience preferred.
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
• Clinical PTA experience and patient education skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver home health physical therapy services under supervision.
• Assist in setting patient goals and implement mobility interventions.
• Provide evidence-based treatments to improve movement and independence.
• Develop individualized care plans and tailor therapies.
• Educate and motivate patients to participate in rehabilitation.
• Monitor progress and document outcomes and records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure coordinated care.
