Job summary

PARS Therapy in Lancaster and Red Oak, TX is seeking a compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support patients’ recovery at home. You will help restore mobility, improve functional independence, and promote well‑being through personalized care and evidence‑based treatment.

As part of a collaborative therapy team, you’ll develop individualized plans, educate patients, and monitor progress, coordinating with supervising PTs and other professionals to ensure safe,

Qualifications

• Active PTA license in Texas is required.
• CPR certification must be current.
• Professional liability insurance coverage required.
• Experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Strong ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary care team.
• Clinical experience as a Physical Therapist Assistant is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver PTA services in the home under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Identify patient goals and implement interventions for mobility and function.
• Provide evidence-based treatments to improve movement and independence.
• Develop individualized care plans and exercise programs.
• Educate and motivate patients to participate in rehab.
• Document services and maintain patient records.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure coordinated care.
