Job summary

PARS Therapy in Dallas, TX is seeking a compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support patients during recovery. You will help restore mobility, improve independence, and enhance quality of life through personalized in-home care.

Under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, you will develop and carry out individualized care plans, educate patients, document progress, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality, coordinated care.

Qualifications

• Active PTA license in Texas.
• Current CPR certification.
• Experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Proven ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.
• Clinical experience as a PTA.
• Ability to educate and engage patients.

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy services in the home setting under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Identify patient goals and implement interventions to meet mobility needs.
• Provide evidence-based treatments to promote movement and independence.
• Develop and carry out individualized care plans.
• Create wellness programs tailored to each patient’s condition and goals.
• Educate and motivate patients in rehabilitation and recovery.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care.
• Monitor progress and document patient records.
• Perform duties as assigned by supervisor.
