Job summary

PARS Therapy in Rowlett, TX is seeking a compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support patients' recovery journey. You will help restore mobility, improve independence, and enhance quality of life through personalized, compassionate care in the home setting.

You will work under a licensed PT, identify patient goals, implement interventions, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care and documentation.

Qualifications

• Active PTA license in Texas.
• Current CPR certification.
• Professional liability insurance coverage required.
• Experience in home health or rehabilitation settings preferred.
• Proven ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary care team.
• Demonstrated clinical PTA experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver physical therapy services in the home setting under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Identify patient goals and implement interventions to meet functional and mobility needs.
• Provide evidence-based, cost-effective treatments to promote movement and independence.
• Develop and carry out individualized care plans using proven techniques.
• Educate and motivate patients to participate in rehabilitation and recovery.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising therapist.
• Accurately document services provided and maintain patient records.
