PARS Therapy in East Dallas, TX is seeking a compassionate Home Health Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to support patients during recovery at home. You will help restore mobility, improve functional independence, and enhance overall quality of life through personalized, evidence-based care under the supervision of a licensed PT.

Qualifications

• Active Texas PTA license is required.
• CPR certification must be current.
• Professional liability insurance coverage required.
• Home health or rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary care team.

Responsibilities

• Deliver home health physical therapy services under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Identify patient goals and implement mobility/intervention plans.
• Provide evidence-based treatments to improve movement and independence.
• Support non-surgical approaches to care and reduce medication reliance.
• Develop individualized care plans using proven treatment techniques.
• Create wellness programs tailored to each patient’s condition and goals.
• Educate and motivate patients to participate in rehabilitation.
• Document services and maintain complete patient records.
• Communicate progress to supervising therapist and care team.
