Elara Caring is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team and deliver high-quality home-based therapy. You will work under a supervising Physical Therapist to implement treatment plans, monitor progress, and educate patients and families in their homes.

Qualified candidates have an unrestricted PTA license, PTA program accreditation, and the ability to lift and transport equipment. A driver's license or reliable transportation is required, with compensation and benefits

Qualifikationen

• Current, unrestricted PTA license valid for the state of work.
• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy assistant program approved by the American Therapy Association.

Aufgaben

• Provide physical therapy services according to the treatment plan established by the Physical Therapist.
• Help patients work toward therapy goals that improve mobility, function, and independence.
• Monitor patient progress and report changes to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home therapy programs and techniques.
• Teach patients and families how to safely use assistive devices.
• Deliver safe, high-quality therapy services in accordance with physician orders and state guidelines.
